Pipes are available with diameters ranging from 1/8″ up to 30″, with wall thickness from Schedule 10S up to Schedule 80, and the welding process does not require filler metal to be added.
A312 pipe supplied by Nishra Overseas is free of contaminated iron filings and oxide scaling. Where a pipe is bright-annealed, no additional surface finishing, blasting, or pickling is required — though passivation is available on customer request. ASME SA312 material can be individually quenched or rapidly water-cooled after heat treatment, and our electric-fusion-welded pipes are less susceptible to localized corrosion compared to alternative processes. The low carbon content of these grades makes them easy to form and weld, while ASTM A312M is available in thicknesses from 1.2 mm to 2 mm, in regular lengths of 3, 6, and 10 meters, with brushed and satin finishes commonly used in architectural and commercial applications for their appearance.
ASTM A312 Seamless Stainless Steel Pipe is produced by pushing or pulling a raw material billet to form seamless pipe. Every product we supply is tested through hydrostatic testing, flattening testing, straightness checks, and surface quality inspection. ASTM A312 Tubing offers high yield and tensile strength along with high resistance to pressure, a melting point of approximately 1400°C, and a density of 8.0 g/cm³. These pipes withstand high mechanical stress and are reusable across multiple project applications — all pipe supplied by us is manufactured to international standards and dispatched with strict quality control.
