Nishra Overseas LLP is a famous manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of Forged Flanges. We offers the highest quality forged flange at competitive costs, with long-lasting characteristics and ISO certification. We produce a large variety of flanges for industrial use and in accordance with international standards. In accordance with the needs and recommendations of our customers, our company manufactures, supplies, and exports forged steel flanges from Mumbai, India, to countries worldwide. These steel forged flanges find application in the gas company, water system, and petroleum industry, among other sectors.
These flanges are made of several alloys, including stainless steel, alloy steel, carbon steel, and others. The properties of the forged flanges are determined by the type of material used in their production. Its physical and mechanical properties have been enhanced. Due to the duality in their microstructure, these flanges are composed of stainless steel that is duplex. Additionally, it exhibits qualities including good hardness and toughness, outstanding tensile strength, and very strong corrosion resistance. In addition, the flanges offer exceptional machining and welding qualities.High tensile strength, longevity, and resistance to corrosion are some of these attributes.
The flanges are initially treated with anticorrosion or antirust oil. Galvanization is another option for forged flanges. The galvanized zinc element makes the forged flange more corrosion resistant. Forged flanges are utilized in high-pressure and high-temperature environments because they perform well under these conditions. Pipe and tubing systems make use of these flanges. It is employed in engineering and metalworking to join pumps, valves, pipes, and other equipment so that they function as a cohesive whole. They have the benefit of being able to join many kinds of materials. Additionally, it permits the removal or replacement of necessary components.
We are a Stainless Steel Forged Flange manufacturer in India, and we offer these Inconel Forged Flange, Hastelloy Forged Flange, Monel Forged Flange, Alloy 20 Forged Flange, Aluminium Forged Flange, Nickel Forged Flange, Duplex Forged Flange, Super Duplex Forged Flange, Incoloy Forged Flange, Copper Forged Flange, Copper Nickel Forged Flange, Brass Forged Flange, 254 Smo Forged Flange, and Titanium Forged Flange in all standards that are common in the world.

There are several distinct types of stainless steel flanges. Each species satisfies its own unique requirements. For example, long weld neck flanges are affixed to the pipe necks. This flange's welding procedure ensures that its thickness matches the pipe to which it is attached. These flanges are primarily utilized in high-pressure applications. Other flange types include the Weld Neck Ring Flange (WNRF), Slip-On Ring Flange (SORF), Blind Ring Flange (BLRF), Socket Weld Ring Flange (SWRF), Threaded Ring Flange, Lap Joint Ring Flange (LJRF), and Ring Type Joint Flange (RTJF).
Forging normally involves the following procedures: blanking, heating, shaping, and cooling. Forging methods include free forging and die forging operations.
Free forging has poor productivity and a high machining allowance, but the tool is simple and adaptable, making it popular for forging one-piece and small series forgings with basic geometry. Die forging, on the other hand, has the advantages of being simple to operate, high in productivity, mechanization, and automation. Die forgings offer great dimensional accuracy, a small machining allowance, and a more consistent grain structure distribution, which can extend the service life of flange parts.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Forged flanges and Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Forged flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
