Nishra Overseas LLP is a top manufacturer of Lap Joint Flanges in Mumbai, India. Our stainless steel lap joint flange was created utilizing premium raw materials and cutting-edge technology in accordance with national and international industry standards. Before being packaged, our ANSI B16.5 Lap Joint Flange and other items undergo a number of quality inspections. The petrochemical, oil and gas, building and construction, and chemical industries are among the industries that use these ANSI B16.36 lap joint flanges. Moreover, we can customize the SS Lap Joint Flange to meet the needs of our clients.
Lapped joint flanges slide directly over the pipe. It is commonly used with stub end fittings and is applied to the stub end and lap joint pipe flanges. Rotating around the stub end is also free. These pipe flanges' primary advantage is their frequent disassembly, which leads to their widespread use in various applications. With a lap-joint ring flange positioned over a stub end, the assembly's two components are the lap-joint flanges. After welding the stub end to the pipe, the flange ring can be turned to match the matching flange. Large or difficult-to-adjust flanges are fitted with lap-joint flanges that have a stub end flange connection.
This sort of flange is required in two piping components, each of which is connected with a stub end and a loose backing flange. The loose backing flanges that are butt-welded to the pipe fit the outside diameter of the outside stub end. This allows the backing flange to be rotated, which is especially helpful when the flange needs to be orientaled during erection. Our company uses lapped joint flanges in a very practical and in-demand product. We export our high quality High Hub Blind flanges to Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Kuwait, Egypt and Qatar.
We are a Stainless Steel Lapped Joint Flange manufacturer in India, and we offer these Inconel Lapped Joint Flange, Hastelloy Lapped Joint Flange, Monel Lapped Joint Flange, Alloy 20 Lapped Joint Flange, Aluminium Lapped Joint Flange, Nickel Lapped Joint Flange, Duplex Lapped Joint Flange, Super Duplex Lapped Joint Flange, Incoloy Lapped Joint Flange, Copper Lapped Joint Flange, Copper Nickel Lapped Joint Flange, Brass Lapped Joint Flange, 254 Smo Lapped Joint Flange, and Titanium Lapped Joint Flange in all standards that are common in the world.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Lapped Joint Flanges and Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Lapped Joint Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
