Tongue and groove flanges provide good corrosion, stress cracking and crevice corrosion resistance. Their application is ubiquitous throughout numerous sectors. Tongue Flanges are widely available in the market. A variety of alloys are also available for selection, contingent on the intended use. There are numerous sizes available for both Raised Face Flanges and Tongue and Groove Flanges. The name of the supplier or maker, size, bore, material, heat number, and other details are frequently marked on them. Sometimes they are labeled with the customer's specifications. Check the requirements before buying these flanges because different manufacturers generate different types and standards.
Nishra Overseas LLP is a manufacturer, supplier, and exporter of Tongue & Groove Flanges that embody refinement and quality. We are an ISO company that uses innovative thinking and diligent labor to deliver high-quality plumbing solutions. A raised ring that is machined onto the face of the ss tongue flange is part of its manufacturing process. A matching depression is machined into the Groove Flange's face during manufacturing. The flanges' faces should line up to guarantee a tight fit. Alloy 20 Groove & Tongue Flanges do not come into touch with the tube or pipe's internal fluid or gas because they self-align. They immediately stop corroding. ANSI B16.5 Class 150, 300, 600, 900 Groove and Tongue Flanges are used in the petroleum, chemical, and crude oil extraction sectors.
We are a Stainless Steel Groove & Tongue Flange manufacturer in India, and we offer these Inconel Groove & Tongue Flange, Hastelloy Groove & Tongue Flange, Monel Groove & Tongue Flange, Alloy 20 Groove & Tongue Flange, Aluminium Groove & Tongue Flange, Nickel Groove & Tongue Flange, Duplex Groove & Tongue Flange, Super Duplex Groove & Tongue Flange, Incoloy Groove & Tongue Flange, Copper Groove & Tongue Flange, Copper Nickel Groove & Tongue Flange, Brass Groove & Tongue Flange, 254 Smo Groove & Tongue Flange, and Titanium Groove & Tongue Flange in all standards that are common in the world.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Groove & Tongue Flanges and Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Groove & Tongue Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
