Nishra Overseas LLP is a manufacturer & whole-seller for high quality Super Duplex Steel Flanges, which are recommended in order to obtain a weld metal with optimum corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. Super Duplex Steel Pipe Flanges are the perfect material for desalination plants because of the high temperatures and corrosive water present, which makes it simpler and less expensive to build them to the necessary size. These Super Duplex Steel Slip On Raised Face Flanges demand a little higher initial force for bending than regular austenitic stainless steels, which can be expanded using standard techniques but require a higher initial effort and should be expanded in a single operation. Super Duplex Steel Blind Raised Face Flanges are effective for storing and treating acetic acid, particularly in solutions containing formic acid and without aeration.
Super Duplex Steel Socket Weld Raised Face Flanges are the perfect material to create essential components because of the challenging and harmful conditions that are commonly experienced when drilling for oil or gas. The life expectancy of these Super Duplex Steel Lap Joint Flanges is significantly longer than that of conventional steels due to its strength, resistance to corrosion, and capacity to tolerate the detrimental effects of pitting and crevice corrosion.
The chemical composition of the Din 1.4410 Pipe Flange increases its resistance to pitting, crevices, and general corrosion. The Asme Sa182 F53 Threaded Flanges find extensive application in a variety of maritime settings. A lot of different piping systems use ASTM A182 UNS S32760 Blind Flanges to stop the flow within. Numerous bleaching procedures and other food processing applications can make use of the ASTM A182 F51 Pipe Flange. It is evident that shipbuilding businesses make extensive use of the 2507 Super Duplex Welding Neck Flange for various applications, including propellers, shafts, pumps, valves, and more. The Uns S32750 Socket Weld Flange is specifically developed for applications that require high corrosion resistance and strength.
The Alloy 2507 Blrf Flanges also exhibit improved resistance to inorganic acids, particularly in chloride-containing environments. The Super Duplex Steel 2507 Orifice Flanges should not be subjected to concentrated hydrochloric acid, even though they can be exposed to situations that contain diluted HCl.
There is very little chance of carbide precipitation at the grain boundaries during the heat treatment process since the Din 1.4410 Lap Joint Flange has an extremely low carbon content. The Saf 2507 Ring Type Joint Flange is a lightweight product whose shape, size, and dimensions can be adjusted according to the client's specifications.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Stainless Steel Flanges and Stainless Steel Slip On Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Super Duplex Steel Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
