Nishra Overseas LLP is the world's largest and most successful manufacturer, exporter, and supplier of Screwed Flanges. Our esteemed clients receive flange fittings that are highly durable for pipelines and perfect for a variety of connections. Flanges are a means of joining pumps, pipes, valves, and other associated pieces of equipment that go into creating a pipe system. Additionally, flanges offer simple access for pipe cleaning, modification, and inspection. In most circumstances, the material of the pipe and the flange are the same, however the material used for screwed flanges is typically determined during the pipe selection process.
Nishra Overseas are used in the machining of screwed and threaded flanges. High-quality stainless steel threaded flanges, alloy steel screwed flanges, nickel alloy screwed flanges, duplex steel threaded flanges, and many other types are among the various products we offer. Screwed/threaded flanges are a key component of the pipe fitting business. We also have a reputation for being one of the largest providers of long weld neck flanges. Screwed flanges are not appropriate for situations where leakage in the threads may occur, such as temperature changes, cyclic conditions, or bending forces.
Screwed Flanges are not well adapted to some situations, such as bending stress, temperature variations, or cyclic conditions where leakage through different threads may occur. Such flanges are threaded in the bore to match the pipe's exterior thread. They are also used on pipes with an exterior thread. Its ability to be connected without welding is the main advantage of these flanges. In a bind Because they may be fitted on pipes of different sizes without the need for welding, flanges are in high demand. The flanges can be used in very high-pressure applications, particularly at or near atmospheric temperature, when post-weld heating treatment is not practical.
These ANSI B16.47 Threaded Flanges meet the needs of a wide range of sectors, including pipeline, railroad, heavy engineering, and automotive. In addition to being offered in standard specifications, our flanges can also be customized to meet the needs of our customers. Our threaded flange is constructed with wall thicknesses that match the pipes' diameters. We have well-maintained inventory and the newest technological advancements available for prompt delivery to any region in India and outside. Its characteristics include high strength, precise measurements, long-lasting finish standards, and more.
We are a Stainless Steel Screwed Flange manufacturer in India, and we offer these Inconel Screwed Flange, Hastelloy Screwed Flange, Monel Screwed Flange, Alloy 20 Screwed Flange, Aluminium Screwed Flange, Nickel Screwed Flange, Duplex Screwed Flange, Super Duplex Screwed Flange, Incoloy Screwed Flange, Copper Screwed Flange, Copper Nickel Screwed Flange, Brass Screwed Flange, 254 Smo Screwed Flange, and Titanium Screwed Flange in all standards that are common in the world.

Screwed flanges are a critical component of piping systems that offer a secure junction between two pipes. They consist of two tapered threads that connect two components on a flat surface. Their simple form and low cost make them a popular choice for joining pipes of various sizes and pressures. Furthermore, because the flange is screwed directly into the pipe rather than welded, they are simple to install without the need for welding or other specific instruments. Furthermore, they are reasonably easy to fix if necessary due to their simple installation method and replaceability, which allows you to simply unscrew the existing one from the pipe and insert a new one.

Every Standards have clearly requirements for steel flanges’ marking style, usually the marking words include seller’s Logo, buyer’s Logo (OEM), standard number, flange’s type, flange’s pressure, flange’s size, flange’s material, place of origin, heat number and other words for convenient to trace. If the flanges repaired by welding, it must mark on flanges showing this flange repared by welding. If the flange’s dimensions (OD, ID, PCD, Thickness, Holes number, Holes diameter, Tolerance etc) are different with the normal standard, it also must mark on flanges where it is different with normal ones. Another important place is heat number marking, it is the tracing base for every piece flange, and from the heat number we can trace to the beginning of raw material import.
Carbon Steel Screwed Flanges and Stainless Steel Socket Weld Flanges are delivered with or without surface protection, as determined by the manufacturer.
The company delivers Screwed Flanges in standard packaging, without surface protection or end protectors (caps). Special packaging, protective covers, and end protectors (caps) can be agreed upon.
